ASTER FRAME LLC (“ASTER,” “we,” “us”) operates asterframe.com. This notice explains the information processed through the website and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit a direction inquiry, we receive the details entered in the form. These may include your name, email, organization, selected direction, the question or possibility you want to make visible, relevant field, intended setting or platform, approximate range, timing, reference links, and how you found ASTER.

Technical and security information

To operate and protect the website, our server may process basic request information such as an IP address, browser information, timestamps, requested pages, and submission events. The inquiry form stores a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for abuse prevention rather than storing the address in the inquiry record.

How information is used

We use information to review and respond to direction inquiries, evaluate fit and scope, provide requested work, secure and maintain the website, prevent abuse, keep business records, and comply with applicable obligations.

ASTER does not sell inquiry information or share it for third-party marketing.

Hosting, email, and other service providers

Website and inquiry information is processed through the infrastructure required to operate the site, including hosting and email-delivery providers acting on ASTER’s behalf. This means an inquiry is not literally processed by ASTER alone, but it is sent directly into ASTER’s controlled website and email workflow rather than to a lead marketplace or third-party marketing form service.

Access to inquiry records and the private ASTER Studio editor is restricted to authorized administrators. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and for applicable business, security, or legal requirements.

Cookies and measurement

The public marketing site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The private ASTER Studio uses an administrator session cookie for secure sign-in. If measurement practices change, this notice will be updated to reflect the deployed implementation.

Links and submitted references

A direction inquiry may include links to third-party decks, files, or references. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Do not submit confidential material unless you are authorized to share it and are comfortable using the relevant link provider.

Your choices
