Privacy Notice

Effective July 24, 2026

ASTER FRAME LLC (“ASTER,” “we,” “us”) operates asterframe.com. This notice explains the information the website processes and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

When you submit a project brief, we receive the details entered in the form, which may include your name, work email, company, industry, project requirements, budget, timing, reference links, and how you heard about ASTER.

Technical information

To operate and protect the website, our server may process basic request information such as your IP address, browser information, timestamps, and requested pages. The project form stores a one-way hash derived from the submitting IP address for abuse prevention rather than storing the address in the inquiry record.

How information is used

We use information to review and respond to project inquiries, provide requested services, secure and maintain the website, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell project-inquiry information.

Storage and service providers

Website information is processed through our hosting and email infrastructure. Access to inquiry records and the ASTER Studio editor is restricted to authorized administrators. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable business or legal requirements.

Cookies

The public marketing site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. The private ASTER Studio uses an administrator session cookie for secure sign-in.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. Contact us at info@asterframe.com.

Changes

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
